Dreamerr Access (Studio OS), by Dreamerr Lab, is a collaborative workspace for the studio, its clients and collaborators. These terms govern use of the application at os.dreamerrlab.com.
Using the workspace
Use an authorized account, protect your access and respect project permissions. Do not access other people’s information, interfere with the service or upload content that is unlawful or infringes rights, privacy or confidentiality.
Content and projects
You retain rights to the content you provide and authorize its storage and processing only to deliver the service and collaborate on the project. You must have the necessary permissions to share it. Prices, deliverables, deadlines and licenses for each commission follow the proposal or agreement accepted by the parties. Billing and payment records in the application are administrative; they do not constitute a banking service.
Statement of responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care. Interruptions, maintenance or external provider failures may occur; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors. Review files, instructions and approvals before confirming them. This statement does not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Access, changes and contact
We may restrict access for security, a breach of these terms or the end of a working relationship, providing notice where appropriate.
