This policy explains how Dreamerr Lab handles data from people using Dreamerr Access (Studio OS). For questions or requests, contact contacto@dreamerrlab.com.
Data and purpose
When you sign in with Google, we receive your identifier, name, email and profile photo, when available. We use them to identify you and manage access. This sign-in does not request access to Gmail or files in your personal Drive. We also process the projects, files, comments and administrative records you share, along with technical session and security data, to provide the service, collaborate and offer support.
Access and providers
Content is shared with authorized people in each project according to their permissions. We use Supabase for authentication and data, Google Drive for project files, and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process data outside Chile. We only disclose information necessary to operate the service or meet legal obligations. We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising or AI model training.
Retention and security
We retain data while needed for the working relationship and applicable administrative, legal or security obligations. We apply access controls and reasonable safeguards. Sessions and preferences use local storage and necessary authentication mechanisms. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion or account closure at contacto@dreamerrlab.com. We will verify your identity and explain any retention required by legal obligations or third-party rights. You can revoke the Google connection through your Google account; this does not automatically delete project records already stored.

If you submit this website’s contact form, your details are transmitted through FormSubmit so we can respond. We will publish policy updates here and communicate material changes through an appropriate channel.
